Get your surplus cash faster, while waiting for the formalities to be concluded.
You may decide to move your home loan from one bank to another. In doing so, you could be offered a better rate and a larger home loan. If you have been granted a larger home loan, a surplus will be available on registration that can be used for any purpose. Unfortunately the process of switching bonds can take as long as three months.
Smartbridge will advance up to 80% of the available surplus, weeks before the new bond is registered.
